Cranbury Brook Farm Horse Boarding

About Our Farm         We are a quaint, privately owned farm located in the very historic Monroe Township, only a few miles off of exit 8 or 8A of the NJTPKE, or right off Route 33.  We are also only ~10 miles from the New Jersey Horse Park, and only ~5 miles from Assunpink.         We have almost 10 acres of lush pastures, woods, and streams.  We have a 10 stall fully equipped barn that has 12x12 windowed stalls and grates all the way around for healthy ventilation.  We currently have four private pastures (we're building 4 more now), a large outdoor riding ring, a round pen, etc.

Current Boarding Rates: Full Board    $500/month    Includes 12x12 stall, daily turnout, fresh hay daily, grain 2x day, daily stall cleaning, use of all facilities.

VERY sparious 12x12 stalls, grated all the way around with individual windows; lighting in each stall, isle, and tack and feed room!  (Our VERY friendly goats frequently wander around to see what's going on!)

For Rent (left) 2-Stall Barn, center tack room, separate paddocks for each stall, large pasture surrounding it all.  All for rent for one price ...   Rough board*  $700/month for the whole thing!, or $350/month for one stall, shared tack room, one paddock and share of whole fenced pasture. *Contact us if interested in this setup for full board.

Pasture Board - We are currently getting ready to put in outside run-in sheds for pasture board ($450/month)

Lessons/Trainer HELP WANTED - We are looking for someone who would love to use our facilities for their lessons/training.  We primarily do Western, but are also seeking English.
